The Porrera Vi de Vila Blanc 2022 from winery Vall Llach is a monocépage of white Grenache. The grapes come from the estates Mas d'en Peri, Coma d'en Romeu and Ca La Roca in the municipal district of Porrera. The wine is produced under the Vi de Vila de Porrera classification.
Fermentation of this white wine takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 12 and 15 ºC for 25 days with daily immersions. Then aging in 500-liter second-year barrels for 5 months.
Annual production is 1,680 bottles.

In the nose, notes of ripe white fruit, dried herbs, butter, blossom and earthy notes.
In the full mouth, dry and balanced with ripe fruit and a little bitterness in the long finish. A real food wine.

The first vintage of this new wine at the Vall Llach winery was vintage 2021.
