Familia Nin Ortiz - Terra Vermella de Nin
The Terra Vermella from the Nin Ortiz winery is also a single-varietal wine made from a unique grape variety, Parellada Montonega, and is, to date, the only wine made from the Montanega grape—a variant of Parellada—sourced from the slopes of Selma (El Pla de Manlleu), an abandoned mountain village located in the Montmell Mountains in Catalonia.
Mas Igneus - La Capelleta
This La Capelleta from the Mas Igneus winery is a 100% Grenache Blanc single-varietal wine. It is fermented in 400-liter oak barrels, allowing the oak influence to be more integrated and balanced, which lets the grape variety’s character shine through.
Clos de l'Obac - Kyrie
This Kyrie from the Clos de L’Obac winery is a blend of 35% Garnatxa Blanca, 30% Macabeu, 30% Xarel·lo, and 5% Moscatel de Alejandria. One of the finest and most complex white wines from the D.O.Q. Priorat, with excellent aging potential.
Ferrer Bobet - Ferrer Bobet
This Ferrer Bobet is a blend of 66% Carignan, 13% Red Grenache, 12% Syrah, and 9% Cabernet Sauvignon. This blend is the “entry-level” wine from the Porrera-based winery and scored 94 Robert Parker Points.
Terra del Priorat - La Mestressa Barrica Americana
The La Mestressa Barrica Americana from the Terra del Priorat winery is a single-varietal wine made from Garnatxa Negra. The wine is aged for 24 months in American oak barrels and has a very limited production run of 400 bottles.
Mas Doix - Salanques
This Mas Doix - Salanques is a blend of 65% Grenache (from 80-year-old vines), 25% Carignan (from 110-year-old vines), and 10% Syrah from 15-year-old vines. The wine received 93 points from Robert Parker.
