Planetes de Nin Garnatxes 2022 is made from vines of about 70 years of Garnacha. Fermentation begins spontaneously, with its own yeasts and in amphorae. It matures for 18 months in the same tanks without the addition of sulfur.
Planetes de Nin Garnatxes 2022 is light bright purple red in the glass.
In the nose red berries, graphite, slightly spicy with smoky notes and white pepper.
In the mouth lots of red fruits, spicy with a mineral touch. Nice soft tannins and medium(+) acidity and a nice fresh and long pure finish.

Planetes de Nin Garnatxes tastes perfect with all types of grilled meat (lamb, burgers, sausages, chicken and steak). But also delicious with Italian osso buco, Moroccan tagine or Asian dishes.
The new addition to the Nin-Ortiz family is this biodynamically grown blend of Grenaches in Amphores. Sourced from younger vines about 17 years old, from 4 hectares on Finca Planetes in the municipal district of Porrera, growing here on soil characteristic of the area "llicorella" or slate at an altitude of 650 meters above sea level. The grapes are sorted by hand. Fermentation takes place only with autochthonous yeast. Aged for 17 months in one Amphore. Natural wine with a total of only 5 mg/L SO2.
Today, their vineyards are fully recognized and certified by the Catalan Organic Agriculture Council (CCPAE) and they also apply preparations based on biodynamic farming methods, following the calendar of the planets in both the vineyards and the winery.
