    This Tros Nou Bellmunt Vi de Vila 2019 has a deep cherry color with garnet reflections

    In the medium(+) nose red fruits such as raspberries and strawberries along with ripe blackberries and currants and small balsamic notes of licorice.
    Further after a while in the glass following the typical Priorat scents with herbs and minirality.

    In the mouth where the graduation (characteristic of the variëteit) is imperceptible. It is presented with wonderful freshness and elegance, and where the tannins, in their passage through the mouth, manage to melt with memorable neatness. Lovely round full-bodied wine with darker fruit, chocolate and beautiful acidity and a wonderful long finish.

    Grilled or roasted red meats, lamb, game, spicy stews and strongly aged cheeses.

    Tros Nou is located near the village of Bellmunt, its 3,800 vines were planted 87 years ago, mainly with garnacha peluda, the rest is cariñena. This is the only vineyard that is relatively flat, it is also our warmest vineyard and is always harvested first.

    The grapes for this blend of Hairy Grenache (Garnacha Peluda) and Carignan are harvested manually and aged for 18 months in new French oak. Very small production. 970 bottles were produced for the first vintage.
