Let yourself be tempted by Regina Rosado 2024, a mature rosé from Josep Grau Viticultor, originating from D.O. Montsant. The wine is a blend of 90% Garnacha Tinta and 10% Garnacha Blanca, sourced from 50-year-old, certified organic vineyards around Marçà (on clay and pizarra soils). The grapes are harvested entirely by hand, gently destemmed, and pressed very slowly (about 7 hours). The must ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in 600-liter Austrian oak foudres. The wine then ages for 7 months “sur lies” in the same barrels with minimal sulfite for maximum terroir expression.
